WELCOME!
Cub Scouting is fun with a purpose for the whole family! In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.
Pack Meetings
Scouts from our Pack meet together for a variety of fun activities two Tuesdays per month from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Eastminster Presbyterian Church.
Den Meetings
Scouts of the same grade meet together to work on Scout requirements and skill building.
CAMPING
Our Pack camps 3 – 4 times per year during the fall and spring. Our trips are planned well in advance to accommodate family schedules.
Camping is a family activity and siblings are invited
We camp throughout Brevard and Central Florida
No experience necessary!
COMMUNITY SERVICE AND VOLUNTEERING
A Scout is helpful. Our Pack is active in our community. Some of our recent community minded activities include beach cleanups, wayfinding signs for the Town of Indialantic, and Scouting for Food food drive
Cub Scouting is a family activity. Parents are expected to participate and volunteer in a way that benefits the Scout, family, and pack.
SHOOTING SPORTS AND HIKING
Scouts have a chance to learn archery, bb guns, and slingshots during District and Council events supervised by specially trained adult leaders.
Hike with other Scouts from throughout Brevard County each month. Hikes vary from less than a mile to 3+ miles to suit any skill level. We rotate through parks and nature preserves throughout the County.
DUES AND FUNDRAISING
Scouts learn to be thrifty by participating in popcorn sales and 'camp card' discount card sales.
Annually, dues are $200, which includes national, district, and pack dues. These dues contribute to pack and den meeting activities, subsidize camping, trailer maintenance, and pinewood derby.
